Henna, also known as mehndi or mehndhi, is one of the most important features for a woman. Bridal henna is more intricate and detailed than anyone else and is filled with intricate symbols that represent prosperity, good luck, abundance, and future fertility.
All bridal henna services begin a few months before the henna day with a consultation. During the consultation, the bride will have the opportunity to chose the designs to her liking. One of our talented mehndi artists will create a custom design for her.
The application will begin with an exfoliation to prepare the skin for the application. Then, the bride will be massaged with natural oils in order to relax any tension in the hands or feet. The henna will be applied with utmost detail and care, while the mehndi artist will make sure to listen to any requests or changes. Once the henna has dried, a special solution will be applied to make sure the henna adheres to the skin.
We will leave a care package with instructions for post-application mehndi care, to ensure the bride gets the darkest mehndi stain. As the saying goes, "the darker the henna, the more your husband will love you!"
