We ensure that all our packages are packed properly and securely, and ensure fast delivery. We offer delivery within Canada and Internationally. All orders are sent via Canada Post (expedited services for packages within Canada). Your items will be shipped within two days of receiving payment. If you would like expedited shipping services, please contact us. Every order will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number from us within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us
If you are in Edmonton, AB you have the option of doing a local pickup. At checkout, please choose "Edmonton Pick up Only." When your items are ready for pickup, we will contact you via email to arrange for time and place. Orders may be picked up locally by appointment only. Cash, cheque, money orders, or pre-payments will be accepted. Handling fee of $3.00 is applicable unless otherwise stated. Please contact us at 1-888-320-5022. Orders not picked up within 10 business days will be cancelled. Previous promotions, discounts, and sales cannot be honoured on cancelled orders.
When do you ship orders?
Fresh henna paste must be shipped by the fastest method of shipping. Our henna paste orders are only shipped out Monday through Wednesday in order to ensure fastest delivery. Other orders that do not contain henna paste are shipped Monday through Friday. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends in Canada. Every order will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number from us within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us
What are the shipping rates?
Canadian Shipping
There is a flat $11.00 shipping on items within Canada.
Orders of $75.00 or more on eligible items receive free shipping. (items must be marked "eligible for free shipping"
All orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited services. If you would like other shipping services, please contact us.
Shipping to the United States have a flat shipping rate of $16.00. You will be responsible for all customs and clearance fees. We claim all items on our shipments.

Do you offer insurance on packages?
All packages sent via Canada Post Expedited Services are insured up to $100.00. If you wish to have additional coverage on your items, please contact us at the time of placing your order.
What is the expected delivery time?
Packages within Canada have an expected delivery of 2-3 business days. Shipments to the United States have an expected delivery of 5-7 business days.
Returns
We want the best for our customers and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 10 business days for a full refund. All returned items must be unused and unopened.
If you found your products to be damaged in any way, please contact us, within ten days of receiving your items. We will replace any damaged items within 15 business days. After 10 days, all exchanges and returns are null and void.
Henna paste and cones, glitter pastes and gels, essential oils and blends, henna powders and natural hair care products are non-refundable as they are perishable. All other products may be returned or exchanged within 10 business days after receipt of shipment. Shipping charges will be refunded less handling charge. all products returned must be unused and unopened.
